Last Updated: July 6, 2026

Welcome to Nifirtiti for Exporting Vegetables and Fruits (“Nifirtiti,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website at https://nifirtiti.com/ (the “Site”) and any inquiries, orders, or business dealings initiated through it. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Us

2. Use of the Site

The Site is provided to give visitors information about our company, products, certifications, and export capabilities, and to facilitate inquiries and business partnerships. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, this Site by any third party.

You must not:

  • Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems
  • Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to extract data from the Site without our prior written consent
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any contact or inquiry form

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, availability, certifications, and specifications listed on the Site are accurate and up to date. However:

  • Fresh produce is seasonal and subject to natural variation in appearance, size, and availability
  • Product photos are for illustrative purposes and may not reflect the exact grade, size, or packaging of goods actually supplied
  • We reserve the right to update, correct, or remove product information at any time without prior notice

Any commercial order is subject to a separate agreement, quotation, or contract negotiated directly between Nifirtiti and the buyer, which will set out binding terms including price, quantity, quality specifications, Incoterms, payment terms, and delivery schedule. These Terms of Service do not, by themselves, constitute a binding sales contract.

4. Inquiries, Quotations, and Orders

Submitting an inquiry, quotation request, or WhatsApp/phone/email message through the Site does not create a binding obligation on either party. All export transactions, including pricing, minimum order quantities, packaging, and shipping terms, will be confirmed in a separate written agreement or purchase order before goods are dispatched.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any inquiry or order request at our sole discretion, including where we are unable to meet a requested volume, timeline, or destination market’s import requirements.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and the Nifirtiti name and branding — is the property of Nifirtiti or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages from the Site for personal, non-commercial reference only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission.

6. Third-Party Links and Social Media

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or social media pages (including Instagram, X, and YouTube) that are not owned or controlled by Nifirtiti. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing linked sites is at your own risk.

7. No Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nifirtiti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Egyptian law.

9. Export Compliance

All export transactions are subject to applicable Egyptian export regulations, phytosanitary requirements, and the import regulations of the destination country. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with their own country’s customs, import licensing, and food safety requirements. Nifirtiti will provide standard export documentation (such as phytosanitary certificates and certificates of origin) as agreed in the relevant sales contract.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information submitted through the Site. Please review it separately.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, legal requirements, or the Site itself. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will indicate when changes were made. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.

This Terms of Service page is a general template based on your company’s public information and is provided for convenience. It is not a substitute for legal advice — we’d recommend having a lawyer familiar with Egyptian commercial and e-commerce law review it before publishing, especially the sections on export compliance and liability.
